Boiler conversion time was reduced from 300-500 days to 120-160 days, achieving a 68% faster turnaround. The planned shutdown period decreased from 11 days to 8.8 days, enhancing productivity. Daily revenue generation saw a remarkable increase from $2M to $4M, doubling financial performance.
