Sourav has been heading Realization India since 2017 and has been instrumental in guiding the organization towards making on-time delivery a repeatable science. Under him, Realization has focussed its energies on simplifying implementation, for easy adoption in any project environment, and guaranteeing excellence in project delivery every time. Dr. Sourav Basu has a doctorate in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He has been working with Realization India since 2009.

He has extensive experience applying the Critical Chain methodology in projects, having worked in over 50 assignments (Capex, NPD, and ETO environments) while working in Realization. From time to time, Sourav has been invited to share his insights, as an industry expert, in core project management courses and Management Development programmes in IIM Calcutta and XLRI. He has also been a guest speaker at the TOCICO conference.

Surajit Pal is serving as the Director of IT and Strategic Services. As a driving force behind Realization Technologies' growth, Surajit led a strategic shift, transforming the company into a product-based consulting firm. Under his leadership, the Streamliner software was developed, with a focus on making project success a repeatable & scalable process.

Surajit is a civil engineering graduate from IIEST, Shibpur. He has been working with Realization India since 2012 and has successfully delivered over 100 projects, implementing CCPM on ground & gaining valuable insights into project execution intricacies. This hands-on experience fuels his passion to address the challenge of project delays. Throughout his career, Surajit has collaborated with esteemed companies such as KPIL, Welspun, Trident, Vardhman, GRSE and more, demonstrating his understanding of customer needs and his ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Deepak Jha is the Director of Strategic Services at Realization and brings more than a decade of enterprise sales experience & leadership to the company. Before this, Deepak had good hands-on exposure to operations strategy and solving project execution complexities and has been instrumental in spearheading implementations for esteemed clients such as Welspun, Vardhman, NTPC, and L&T.

Over his decade-long tenure, Deepak has played a key role in refining our solution elements and enhancing our execution management processes, driving our organization toward accelerated project delivery. His commitment to understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions has driven success stories across our client engagements.

With a genuine willingness to address industry challenges and ensure client satisfaction, Deepak continues to drive Realization Technologies' mission forward, making significant contributions to our growth and success.

Kuldeep Sharma, our Head of Implementation, has 10+ years of extensive experience in Project Management & Consulting Services. He has been part of our core leadership team and has been instrumental in delivering some of the best results our clients have achieved in terms of project delivery.

He deeply believes that our solution’s simplicity, when supported by the right processes, tools, and discipline, has the potential to be adopted by numerous organizations resulting in significant improvement for our customers. His core belief stems from extensive experience in handling 50+ implementations across sizes and industries, gaining his insights into some of the fundamental issues that impact the on-time performance of projects and how the core solution can be used to deliver results in any project environment.

A graduate of IIM Indore, Kuldeep is the rare kind of leader who leads with a listening ear and with great empathy. His cross-functional collaboration and support in product innovation, pre-sales, business development, and recruitment truly make him an indispensable asset, not just to us but also to every client he works with.

Meet Pranay Pathak, our Director - Implementation at Realization Technologies. Pranay tries to bring lessons learned from past projects, taking a personal interest in two aspects: not repeating mistakes and avoiding rework. Having worked in project environments in various industries, he insists on bringing cross-industry and cross-functional knowledge to every new project analysis.

Pranay, a PMI-certified Project Management Professional(PMP) and an IIT alumnus, brings over 17 years of rich experience in del projects across diverse industries like Green Hydrogen, Oil & Gas, Steel Plant, Greenfield Infrastructure Projects, and Shipbuilding.

In his current role, Pranay is heading the implementation of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodology in prestigious implementation projects for esteemed clients such as JSPL, VGS, and BRPL.

As we look forward, Pranay is dedicated to propelling Realization Technologies toward new horizons, bringing cross-industry best practices to challenge traditional project management practices and ensuring continued success.

Aadil is serving as a Product Director since 2021 & his core vision is to bring about a transformative shift in project execution, moving away from the current intuitive but inefficient methods towards a more sustainable and reliable approach. He aspires to empower organizations to embark on expansions and projects with the assurance of definite results even before they commence. Using his exposure to technology his strategic emphasis is to ensure seamless software adaptation, enhancing performance and user experience, coupled with tailored and seamlessly integrated solutions for our clients.

Aadil, JMI & XLRI alumnus, has over 12 years of diverse expertise in IT, Project Management, and Entrepreneurship. He has been working with Realization India since 2018. Aadil has played a pivotal role in driving product innovation and transformation of Streamliner from a beta version to a final product.
